Do you need an easy way to do presence registration of attendees? Maybe you are the coach for a football team or the leader of a local guitar course. For both scenarios you need to keep track of which persons attended the activity and which persons did not. With this App you can manage this in an easy and quick way.
1.Register all persons in the App (only needed once)
2.Create groups of persons, for example “Football” (Only needed once)
3.Create a “presence card” for the group and just tap on the persons that were present to save the information.
The App off course keep track of historical presence cards so you can go back to review the presence cards at a later point of time. You also have the possibility to send a presence card (or all presence cards for the group) as an email. You maybe need to do some more work with the data in another program on your computer or submit it to a webpage.
